Build Tronic Portfolio
Under an internship between February and May of 2016, I provided illustration and story editing for BUILDTRONIC, a company pioneering a form of S.T.E.M. education (science, technology, engineering, and math) that also utilizes art, speech, reasoning, and critical thinking. Their company mascot is called SMARTS (Science • Math • Art • Reasoning • Technology • Speech) and they needed illustrations for their first storybook and their website.
I also helped with the story editing of:
-
Adventures of SMARTS: The Beginning by Anish Visht
-
Adventures of SMARTS: The Artist by Anish Visht
-
Adventures of SMARTS: Ashley, Austin and The Game by Anish Visht

neuroFIT Portfolio
I provided a series of illustrations for the start-up company neuroFIT, as visual representations of their mission and their product, to which they took and formed their own digital comic book. The final products were originally ink paintings which were then scanned, digitized and vectorized for the clients to take whatever creative liberties they needed to.

Nathan's Shocking Day Portfolio
Around 2015 or 2016, I once told a friend of mine, an aspiring writer and poet, that I had wanted to develop an illustration portfolio (I think at the time I wanted to apply to a master's program in comics, but then changed to writing) and he told me that he had written three children's stories a long time ago (20 or so years ago, I could ask him) and only had one of the books, "Grant's Walk Home," illustrated. He still needed someone to illustrate his other two kids' books So I took his offer to illustrate his other books in a collaboration. This was the first of two stories, "Nathan's Shocking Day," which I specifically used colored pencils for. Finally finished and had it independently published in the Spring of 2018. It was republished in October of 2019 in an anthology called 'Hey, It Could Happen!', available for PURCHASE, Yay!

Tish'sToenails Portfolio
Around 2015 or 2016, I once told a friend of mine, an aspiring writer and poet, that I had wanted to develop an illustration portfolio (I think at the time I wanted to apply to a master's program in comics, but then changed to writing) and he told me that he had written three children's stories a long time ago (20 or so years ago, I could ask him) and only had one of the books, "Grant's Walk Home," illustrated. He still needed someone to illustrate his other two kids books So I took his offer to illustrate his other books in a collaboration. This is the last of the two stories, Tish's Toenails, which I used ink, pen, and bush, utilizing limited colors in a minimalist-like style. I originally intended to include skin color, but we settled with the coloring of the characters' hair colors and styles instead, it's not so much that they're white, but rather, 'clear.' Finally finished in and was independently published in Spring of 2019. It was republished in October of 2019 in an anthology called 'Hey, It Could Happen!', available for PURCHASE, Yay!
